2. PurelyClear Face Serum with 2% Salicylic Acid  -  was specifically formulated to reduce oil production and prevent acne breakouts. It also works effectively as a spot treatment to dry out existing acne.

   Salicylic acid works like a face scrub (but without physically scrubbing) by penetrating hair follicles and oil glands, dissolving acne-causing blockages of dead skin cells, oil, and debris. 3. PurelyClear Face Cream  - This lovely face cream is formulated specifically for acne-prone/oily skin.
