How to use:   Roll this blend under your feet, behind your ears, on your spine, and on your temples before bedtime. Also apply to your fingers and deeply inhale a few times before bedtime.

Ingredients:  

•  Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil  - People experiencing anxiety often have trouble sleeping, too. Researchers found that lavender oil aromatherapy both reduced anxiety levels and improved the quality of sleep.
• Cedrus Atlantica (Cedarwood) Bark Oil  -  Similar to lavender, cedarwood is thought to be good for detoxifying and clearing negative emotions. Because inhaling Cedarwood triggers the release of serotonin in the brain which converts to melatonin, the essential oil is known for its sedative qualities and usefulness in treating insomnia.
• Pelargonium Graveolens (Rose Geranium) Flower Oil  -  Geranium essential oil is widely used to help patients experience a calm and deep sleep.  A randomized, clinical trial of women in labor for the first time found that inhaled geranium essential oil had a calming effect and was able to reduce the anxiety associated with first-stage labor.
• Cananga odorata Ylang-Ylang) flower oil  -  Ylang-ylang is one of the best essential oils for anxiety, thanks to its ability to lower blood pressure, effectively.
• Citrus Sinensis (Sweet Orange) Oil -  Sweet orange has uplifting properties but is also a calming and balancing oil. By providing a positive relief of tensions in the mind and body, sweet orange is very effective in assisting with insomnia and can improve sleep quality.
• Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil  - Almond oil, which is extracted from the popular nut, has been shown to alleviate people's sleep struggles.  That is why we chose this oil as the carrier oil for the abovementioned essential oils.
