What is the difference between this diaper cream and the one for disposable nappies?

• This diaper cream DOES NOT CONTAIN Zinc Oxide, unlike the diaper cream for disposable nappies.
• The non-nano ZnO, in combination with the other ingredients, acts as a barrier between the skin and the wet nappy. It will work perfectly with disposable nappies, as it will attach to the skin to protect it, without being absorbed by the skin. ZnO will, however, cause a nappy rash when cloth diapers are used, because the ZnO will attach to the cloth diaper, instead of the skin.  It will also be difficult to clean the ZnO from the cloth diaper.
• This diaper cream almost has the feeling of vaseline, but DOES NOT CONTAIN PETROLEUM JELLY.
• All the other ingredients work together to help prevent and heal nappy rash.
