Teenok - Diaper cream 55g - Disposable nappies
- Description
Just a little bit goes a long way!
This plant-based, organic, gentle diaper cream is PREVENTATIVE against nappy rash, as well as HEALING for any skin rash that does happen. Only the best raw ingredients are good enough for your baby's gentle skin.
Castor oil can relieve pain and help treat diaper rash, says Bindiya Gandhi, MD, a family practice physician in North Decatur, GA. “It is antibacterial and antifungal,” she says. “It is also thick and can coat the area to keep moisture away." (www.thehealthy.com)
Pomegranate seed oil is enriched with antioxidants which help in the development of collagen in your baby's skin. Collagen is the protein that provides structure to the skin and helps with elasticity and well-being of the skin. (www.maate.in)
*** ONLY FOR DISPOSABLE NAPPIES ***
Why only for disposable nappies?
- The non-nano ZnO, in combination with the other ingredients, acts as a barrier between the skin and the wet nappy.
- It will work perfectly with disposable nappies, as it will attach to the skin to protect it, without being absorbed by the skin.
- It will, however, cause a nappy rash when cloth diapers are used, because the ZnO will attach to the cloth diaper, instead of the skin. It will also be difficult to clean the ZnO from the cloth diaper.
If you use cloth diapers for your baby, please see our Diaper cream for cloth diapers, made especially for you.
The packaging (a convenient tin) is easy to slip into your handbag or diaper bag.
How to use: Apply during each nappy change after cleaning baby's bums.
